Vibrant would be the best way to describe Costa Rica. Home to over half a million different animal species, Costa Rica is one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. We spent ten days exploring the country to experience the landscapes and spot as much wildlife as we could. As a child and even into adulthood, I have always been fascinated with rainforests and the animals that inhabit them, and this trip was a dream to get to experience these beautiful animals in the wild. From howler monkey calls booming through the trees above, to the pit vipers silently camouflaged in the the foliage below, my senses were constantly stimulated and attention captivated. I barely even scratched the surface in terms of the animals seen, but I can’t wait to capture more of what lies hidden in these tropical rainforests.
